Return Policy
At Phocept, we take pride in delivering high-quality food advertisement signage and menu prints tailored to your business needs. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Defective Items
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that have manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos and a description of the defect.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or necessary corrective action at no additional cost.
2. Client-Provided Errors
Phocept is not responsible for any errors or typos in the artwork once it has been approved for fabrication by the client. We strongly recommend reviewing all details carefully before final approval.
3. Rectification Works
Should you require any corrections or modifications after production due to client-provided errors, rectification works can be arranged at an additional manpower and material cost. The cost will depend on the type of signage or menu print purchased.
4. Return & Exchange Conditions
- Only defective items are eligible for return or replacement.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made designs, except in cases of defects.
- Any issues must be reported within 3 days of receipt to be considered for return.
